- First, you need your Kroger's card number. If you already have a Kroger Card it is the number associated with the bar code. If you do not have a card you may apply for one at any Kroger store.
- Visit http://krogercommunityrewards.com
- Click on OHIO
- Click ENROLL
- Sign in or Register on the site
- Enter your Kroger's Rewards Card number
- Find Friends of Lake Hope on the list of charitable organizations
- Select Friends of Lake Hope and click SAVE CHANGES
